Art and wine tours

Wine Trail A (4-8 hours)
Spend an enjoyable few hours, or a full day, being driven in your own luxury vehicle around the fantastic wineries which give Central Otago its reputation as the home of fine wine.

Wine Trail B (8 hours)
Spend the day with a locally-based viticultural consultant as you’re taken by your driver to visit the very best wineries. With your host you’ll enjoy in-depth discussions about the intricacies of our local grapes, the viticultural techniques and together sample the varietals. Lunch at one of the renowned winehouse kitchens is highly recommended.

Art and Wine Trail (4-8 hours)
The first stop with your private driver guide is the beautiful and historic town of Arrowtown. Born from the 1860’s gold rush, this quaint town has a rich heritage and attracts creatively talented people.

Enjoy a stroll through the main street, admire the tastefully preserved local buildings and browse for fine New Zealand products in the eclectic range of workshops, galleries and art outlets. Just outside of Arrowtown, you’ll visit two of our renowned local artists in their studios.

Continue on to Central Otago’s award-winning vineyards, to sample some of the region’s outstanding Rieslings, Pinot Noirs and Sauvignon Blanc before a winehouse lunch or scenic drive homewards to your Queenstown accommodation.
