Our CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of pre booked services notified 5 days or more prior to commencement of the service, will not incur a charge.
Cancellations of services made within 4 to 2 days of commencement of the service, will be charged at 50% of the quoted price.
Cancellations of services within 24 hours of the booked pick up time, or failure to arrive, will be charged at 100% of the quoted price.
LSQ will use its discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as illness and flight disruptions.
LSQ will always endeavour to accommodate any amendments to dates and times of pre booked services.
Cancellation within 24 hours would incur a 100% cancellation fee. There would be no issues changing the pick up time as long as we are provided with 12 hours notice period.
