Important Notes

  • $200 surcharge applies to all transfers before 7:00am or after 8:00pm, and on New Zealand public holidays.

  • Prepayment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • No charge for cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance

  • 50% fee for cancellations made 24 to 48 hours prior

  • 100% fee if cancelled within 24 hours or in case of no-show

  • Flexibility is offered in the case of verified flight delays or cancellations
