Our friendly local driver-guides love weddings and will take care of you and your guests on your special day.  Relax and arrive in style in our luxury European vehicles. 

We enjoy all kinds of weddings, elopements and celebrations, whether it’s a big group at one of Queenstown’s fabulous wedding venues such as NZ High Country, the Winehouse, Kamana Lakehouse or Stoneridge Estate, or a romantic private ceremony at a beautiful lake, river or mountain location. 

Choose from our fleet of luxury vehicles including bridal cars and guest transport.  The bride or wedding couple can make a gorgeous arrival in one of our BMW sedans or Mercedes Benz SUV with wedding ribbons if you wish.  We can also take care of transporting up to 100 guests from their accommodation to the wedding venue and return them safely, in our late-model Mercedes Benz 11-seater or 16-seater vans.

Short Wedding Transfer within Queenstown CBD

(each way, less than 5 km)

BMW 7 Series Sedan: 1 - 3 passengers - $225

Mercedes Benz GL SUV: 1 - 3 passengers - $225

Luxury Mercedes Benz van: up to 10 passengers - $270

Mercedes Benz Executive van: up to 16 passengers - $380

Point to Point Wedding Transfer (each way, up to 30 km)

BMW 7 Series Sedan: 1 - 3 passengers - $300

Mercedes Benz GL SUV: 1 - 3 passengers - $300

Luxury Mercedes Benz van: up to 10 passengers - $375

Mercedes Benz Executive van: up to 16 passengers - $475

Point to Point prices apply to one-way transfer within the Wakatipu Basin, up to a maximum of 30 kms travel distance each way. This will include locations in Queenstown, Arrowtown, Arthurs Point, Kelvin Heights, Jacks Point and Gibbston Valley. Please contact us for pricing if your trip is more than 30 kms travel distance each way.

Hourly Rate (2 hour minimum)

BMW 7 Series Sedan: 1 - 3 passengers - $300 per hour

Mercedes Benz GL SUV: 1 - 3 passengers - $300 per hour

Luxury Mercedes Benz van: up to 10 passengers - $375 per hour

Mercedes Benz Executive van: up to 16 passengers - $475 per hour

Additional charges if required

*  Late evening surcharge: 10pm to midnight $200 additional.  After midnight $300 additional.

*  Additional stops and passenger pick-up or drop-off: $80 per additional location.

*  Child restraint seats: Forward-facing or rear-facing $30, booster seats $15.

* Surcharge will apply for public holidays or peak season (22 December to 6 January)

* Pricing may be higher for jobs with more than 3 vehicles at a time.

  • Rates include wedding ribbons on vehicles if you wish.  Please let us know whether or not you would like ribbons.

  • Pre-payment is required before the reservation can be confirmed.

  • The above rates are valid until 31 March 2026. Please contact us for rates from April 2026.
